OC-tober Day 9 Snack: Baropa “Little Ro”

Baropa is a young orphaned imp of a Getanruba who is addicted to candy and all things junk food. She has a fair grasp of weather manipulation magic and extracts bribes from the locals who seek rain or sun in exchange for cheap sweets. She’s eventually adopted by artkat183 ‘s Rowan (Big Ro), a reclusive gardener, who supplements his new daughter’s diet with carrots and other freshly grown produce equally alien to her.
